En estos momentos duros en los que, además, nos han impuesto 15 días más de cuarentena, una de las motivaciones que hace que tenga la cabeza en su sitio es hacer algo de deporte. Yo soy de esas personas que durante todo el año no hace nada y, después de Navidad y antes de verano, me meto en el gimnasio para intentar estar "fit", pero no, jajaja. Sin embargo, en estos días creo que lo esencial es mantener cuerpo y mente activos, y lo soluciono con 30 minutos diarios de ejercicio. A veces hago cardio, otras fuerza, pero de Lunes a Sábado me marco esa rutina para sentirme bien conmigo misma.
